COVID-19 Victoria Office Policy

VISITORS AND GUESTS

1. Masks are required before entering until further notice
2. All visitors will be welcome by appointment only, please call 250-598-3368 or email info@obmgarchive.h2dev.ca
3. All visitors to wait in common entry area until instructed to enter the office.
4. Visitors proceeding past the front desk area will be required to sanitize hands & sign-in.
5. No water or coffee will be offered.

OFFICE OPERATIONS:

1. To reduce occupancy, staff will continue working from home opportunities on a staggered schedule.
2. Workstations meet the required 6’ distance.
3. Daily cleaning schedules have been implemented.
4. Common area seating has been removed.
5. Maximum capacity for rooms/areas are posted.
6. A number of kitchen amenities have been restricted.
